Our hyper-active culture is packed with checklists and obligations, leaving our bodies aching with stress, our joints stiff and cranky, and our minds in a constant state of irrelevant and anxious chatter.

Built on the gentle and nourishing somatic work of Thomas Hanna and Tias Little, these slow, rhythmic movements will soothe sore muscles, unglue frozen fascia, and have you sleeping like a lamb. Each class builds on the previous one, ultimately providing you with a full sequence that will serve you for years to come. The only prop needed is a blanket.

All levels and abilities are welcome; if you can get on the floor, you can do this class.
