Yoga is about creating space; space in our bodies, space in our joints, and most importantly, space in our minds. Our hyper-active culture is packed with checklists and obligations, leaving our bodies aching with stress, our joints stiff and cranky, and our minds in a constant state of irrelevant and anxious chatter.

Maybe you're wearing your shoulders like earrings. By December, most of us are. This guided reset - with a focus on shoulder health and somatic movement - unwinds the tightness you've been ignoring and helps your system drop into real rest. 

If you want better sleep, this practice works.
