It's a moment that often inspires us to do more, schedule more, and stay active a little longer.

Ayurveda offers a different perspective.

When the fire outside grows stronger, we benefit from creating a little more steadiness inside.

That might mean taking a walk before the day gets hot, pausing for a few conscious breaths before answering an email, or sitting in the shade for a few minutes after dinner.

Choosing rest before exhaustion makes the decision for you.

The goal isn't less fire. It's steady fire.
